To get start, we need all the contents related to your business like texts, images, logo, contact informations, address but not limited. You need to properly organize all the informations, so that we could implement those informations to your website.

What is SEO?

SEO stands for search engine optimization. When done it properly, your website will start showing up on top of the Google search result pages which will help you get new customers & clients regular basis organically.

What is content update?

After delivering your website. You’ll have 15 days free content update service. If you want to add/remove any content on your website, you could contact us within 15 days after you receive the completed project. After 15 days, content update charge will be 1,000 tk only (for small/medium changes only)

What is website backup?

Disaster happens sometime, that’s why having proper precaution is important. We’ll take a backup of your website & provide you (on demand). Backup contains all your website files. If your site breaks for any reason, you could restore your website with the backup files.

What is responsive design?

Customers just don’t use desktop or laptop. They use various devices to access websites. Responsive design technology ensures all kind of devices compatibility so that your customers can access your website easily & feel smooth browsing experience.

I've some images but need editing, can you help?

It’s your job to provide best quality images related to your project. But if you have images but not in good condition then we can help you make those images as attractive as possible. Per image editing cost will be: 350tk.

What is software updates?

Software needs to be updated time to time for ensuring maximum security & bug fixes. Don’t worry, you don’t have to do anything for that. We’ll take care of it. Just let us know & we’ll update your website for free.

Do you provide stock photos?

Images are important to present your idea visually. We’ll find relavent stock photos related to your project & implement them where needed

What is graphics designs? Will you provide?

With each package, you’ll get world class graphics related to your project for free designed by professional artists.

What is revision?

After receiving your project, you’ll have 3 revisions to update your site design & layouts. Is you think something needs to be changed (contents or layout designs). We’ll make the necessary changes where needed. After 3 free revision 1000 tk charged must be paid for each extra revision.

What is payment gateway?

Payment gateway used to accept payments from customers online. If you implement this technology, your customers will be able to pay through their credit/debit cards or Bkash directly from your website. You'll need to get a marchent account from any of your chosen payment gateway company. Don’t worry, we’ll help you with this if require ( how to get one) .

What is SSL? Will you provide it?

SSL is a security layer which ensures your customer data submission security. Your customers/clients will be ensured that their data is passing through a secured way to the server. Don’t worry, we’ll provide you ssl (https) for absolutely free with our each web development package.
